Adele, 32, is a singer-songwriter who is known for her incredible voice and impressive songwriting abilities. She has recently slimmed down, and a fitness expert has shared an insight of some of the diet and exercise plans she may have used to do so.
How did Adele lose weight?
Adele’s new look has attracted lots of attention as the singer has clearly made changes to her lifestyle.
She addressed her slimmer frame during an appearance on Saturday Night Live in October last year.
Speaking on the TV show, she said: “I know I look really, really different since you last saw me.
“But actually, because of all the Covid restrictions… I had to travel light and I could only bring half of me. And this is the half I chose.”
Speaking to Express.co.uk, Daniel Herman, CEO of Bio-Synergy, said a change to her diet and exercise probably helped her lose weight.

He suggested she may have used intermittent fasting and exercises such as pilates to lose weight.
Daniel claimed: “Based on the dramatic change it would seem an intermittent fasting diet along with an increase in exercise – possibly pilates or yoga – would have been the most likely plan followed by Adele.
“To assist her, she may have also used insights from a DNA test to reveal any dietary deficiencies or underlying health issues, perhaps around gut health and to understand what type of exercise and foods would work best for her, based on her genetics.
