Ingredients: 

1 litre water 4 to 5 tinospora (giloy) stems 1 tsp ground kachi haldi (turmeric root) 1 tsp ground ginger 7-8 tulsi leaves 1 tsp cinnamon powder Black pepper 3-4 cardamom cloves Honey (to taste)

Preparation

In a pan, heat the water and add giloy, turmeric, ginger, tulsi leaves, cinnamon powder, and cardamom cloves. Let the mixture come to a boil seven to eight times. Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool. Once it’s cold enough to handle, pass it through a sieve and into an air-tight container.  Store it in the refrigerator. To consume, heat it up, add some honey, and top it up with a pinch of black pepper.
